When will my order be delivered?
Our flowers are purchased daily and all arrangements are made fresh on day of delivery. Therefore our deliveries do not start until 1pm. Please expect your delivery between 1 and 5pm. If you need delivery before a certain time please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is a Bloomsnap?
A Bloomsnap is a curtesy image we send you of the arrangement once it is completed. These are not delivery photos. All photos are taken at our shop either inside or on our porch BEFORE being sent out for delivery. They will be beautifully boxed and packed before arriving at your recipients home. Please note that we are unable to send Bloomsnaps on major holidays we are too busy trying to get orders made and out the door.
What if I don't see what I am looking for?
If you like our work but aren't seeing something that reflects what you were thinking please give us a call at 973-509-1999 and we will be happy to see if we can make it happen
Will my arrangement look exactly like the listing photo?
All of our images represent an overall style, color palette, scale, and feel but each one is unique and they will vary based on what is available in the market at the time. If you are ordering. anything labeled "designers choice" or "seasonal" than the colors as well will be up to the designer/season based on whats looking best in the cooler unless a preference is noted on your order.
